The Shop Level of a shop is a reflection of how many customers the shop has served. Level increases unlock new decorations, objectives, and resources. The level also influences which items are available from travelling merchants and the quality and quantity of those items. Shop is increased by serving more customers, up to a level cap of 40. To level up faster, ensure Appeal is high so as to attract a high number of customers each day.
